Cambodia
Cambodia is navigating rapid economic and digital change, but lasting progress depends on institutions and communities being equipped to shape that transition.
We work with government, civil society, academia, and the private sector to strengthen evidence-informed policymaking, support small businesses to formalize and build digital skills, and expand opportunities for young people. In Cambodia, we draw on deep local partnerships across public and civic life to connect research, skills, and opportunity—opening new pathways to a more resilient, digitally confident, and a stronger future for all.
